The Eisenhower Method

It's a thread on the Eisenhower method of prioritization and its great.  Basically, it looks like this.  Jobs to be done can be either: 1) important and urgent, 2) important and not urgent, 3) Not important, but urgent, and 4) not important and not urgent.   Based on where the job lands on the grid is what we should do.  1) DO yourself, NOW!   2) DO yourself, but later after reflecting and some research, 3) Delegate, and 4) Ignore.

Once having read Sahil's post, the Eisenhower method changed my email inbox forever.   So much so, I built an app that lets me easily use this method for prioritizing my inbox.  It look like this....
